The Silicone Seal and Gray Foam Cushion Insert are part of the Fisher & Paykel Forma CPAP Mask. Only one selected size is offered with this package. The mask frame and headgear are not included in this product.

For Silicone Seal, the size is located in the middle of the seal. And for cushion, the size is placed at the tip of it with a small, embossed letter. However, the mask frame offers a universal fit so there is no need for any sizing options.
