• The Transcend II offers new powering options for CPAP users. With the OPTIONAL Transcend Overnight and Multi-night Battery Systems, users can sleep anywhere with the comfort of knowing they will have power to get through the night. Transcend also offers a unique feature which is not available on any other CPAP machine. When Transcend is being powered by an AC Power Suppy with the battery attached, the machine will automatically switch over to the battery power in the event of a power outage. An OPTIONAL DC Adapter is also available to allow the Transcend II to be powered from a DC power source.

• Waterless Humidification - The Transcend II offers OPTIONAL Waterless Humidification. The hygienic heat moisture exchanger (HME) cartridge is disposable and has no electric elements. HME technology works effortlessly with you as you breathe to give you the humidification you need. When you exhale, the HME captures the warmth and moisture from your breath while CO₂ passes through the filter and out the mask vent leak. Then, when you inhale, the HME warms and humidifies the air as it passes through the HME filter. It's a simple, natural and effective solution to the traditional heated humidifier. With Waterless Humidification there's no cleaning, no distilled water, no leaks, and no malfunctions. Just the humidification you want.

• This CPAP machine is the smallest and lightest out on the CPAP Market. Weighing under 1 pound, the Transcend II is perfect for traveling. The Transcend II measures of 6.1 inches by 3.5 inches by 2.8 inches. However, even with its small size, the Transcend II is a very advanced system. Its got a ramp feature of 0 to 45 minutes and tracks AHI and leak detection for up to 12 months. Use the optional USB cable to access the ramp feature and advanced data. The Transcend II also has auto altitude adjustment up to 8,000 feet.  

• It funcions on a sound level of 29 Db, thats from the quietest machines out there.

• The Transcend II is now compatible with all CPAP masks. It comes with a standard 6 foot hose and an adapter which connects the hose to the machine.
