Shipping Time

• Most of our products available online are in stock and available for same day shipping, on regular business days. Except for some respiratory equipment [priced $3,000.00 and higher], this might require an additional 5- 7 business days to process.
• Orders placed before 2:30PM EST/EDT Monday through Friday will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 2:30PM or over the weekend or Legal Holidays will be shipped the following business day. Please Note: Expedited Shipping time is also based on business days only, and is also included with the cut-off time of 2:30pm EST/EDT.
• If any orders are on backorder for more than 2 business days, the customer will be notified and the item will be shipped as soon as possible. It is the customer's responsibility to respond to any e-mails originating from our Customer Care and/or Sales Departments if they want to cancel the order.
• As a complimentary service to our respected customers we have put an "Estimate Shipping" calculator on the product pages. However, please note that the calculator is only an approximate estimate and may not be actual, depending on availability.
• Our standard shipping method for "Free Shipping" items is UPS Ground. The UPS chart below will help you calculate the delivery time to your destination.

• Most items (except for water and saline products) over $99 currently feature Free Shipping. These are limited offers and may be withdrawn at any time prior to (but not after) you place an order. Free Shipping applies to orders shipped via Standard Ground Shipping (not Rush or Freight), and applies only within the 48 Contiguous States.
• Please be advised, that UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, a regular street address must be entered.

• You will see the shipping charges for your order after entering your shipping information before completing your order. You may also use our Estimated Shipping Charges feature to view the estimated shipping cost before proceeding with checkout. This feature can be found on the product page, right after the "Add to Cart" button.

• Please be advised that orders shipped outside the United States are subject to applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. The recipient must pay any additional charges that may be needed for customs clearance. VRI Respiratory Services LLC has no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
