Prescription:

If you are purchasing a CPAP or Bi-Level (BiPAP) Machine as well as any CPAP or Bi-Level Mask, federal law requires that we receive a copy of a prescription written by your doctor. Any item requiring a prescription will be noted in the items page. No Exceptions can be made to this policy. If you have questions or need any help with this matter please contact us.

Prescriptions from overseas are accepted, as long as the pressure settings can be determined.

Sales tax:

Sales tax is collected on all taxable merchandise shipped within New York State. If the customer or facility receiving the merchandise is registered in the state of New York and is legally exempt from sales tax, please include a copy of your exemption or resale certificate with your payment. Your sales tax will then be credited and exempt for all current or future orders.

Payments:

VRI Respiratory Services LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. At the present time we do not bill Medicare or private insurance providers - though we are planning to offer this service in the near future.

Upon request, VRI Respiratory Services LLC can send you - via e-mail or postal service - an additional sales receipt of your order that can be submitted to Medicare or your private insurance provider.Submission of a claim to an insurance company is not a guarantee of payment; VRI Respiratory Services LLC offers this service only as a courtesy to our customers.For more information contact us and we'll be glad to help you.
