The Hudson RCI TRACH-VENT® HME (#41112) is designed specifically for trachestomized or intubated, spontaneously breathing patients. The TRACH-VENT® HME weighs only 4.0 grams, and has a dead space of just 10mL. Hudson RCI TRACH-VENT® HME (#41112) come individually packaged, 50 to a case.
The Hudson RCI TRACH-VENT® HME (#41112) is recommended for tidal volumes of 50mL and above, and can conveniently be used by both, pediatric or adult patients. A TRACH-VENT holder conveniently attaches the TRACH-VENT to the tracheostomy or endotracheal tube, allowing it to easily be removed and replaced during suctioning or change. An OXY-VENT® snaps over TRACH-VENT to allow delivery of supplemental oxygen.
